The script for this project is to use AI to erase the two most expensive costs in traditional apparel affiliate selling — models and photo studios — and then convert all the savings into publishing volume. The creator's logic is blunt: since the marginal cost of producing a product image is now near zero, don't chase hits — bet on probability with massive output, and let Douyin's organic distribution push the images precisely to young mothers and the silver-haired demographic. The most counterintuitive and striking thing in the video is that the creator deliberately shows a pile of posts with single-digit likes — which is the core of the playbook, not evidence of failure. A single account carries anywhere from a few thousand to tens of thousands of posts, the vast majority of which go nowhere. But as long as a small subset gets pushed to the right audience, the links in the shopping cart convert. The benchmark account numbers are eye-popping: an account with 22K followers accumulated 177K orders; one with 5,700 followers did 7,600 orders in two months, which at RMB 32 commission per order is roughly RMB 240K cumulative. But be clear about their nature — these are relayed screenshots the creator scraped from other people's accounts, and they're long-accumulated GMV, not monthly revenue. What's genuinely replicable is the logic chain: AI outfit-swap images cut content production cost to zero → publish at massive volume → organic distribution converts on probability → a network of accounts amplifies exposure.
