The most valuable thing about this project isn't "build a website with AI in minutes" — that stopped being a barrier long ago — it's the cold-start script creator Dhaval Kataria ran on camera. He didn't write a line of code. First he filtered Google Maps for local businesses that had a phone number and an address but no website (or a site that wouldn't load, or was ancient), locked onto typically down-market small businesses like doctors' clinics, and started cold calling: 4 calls produced 2 interested prospects, a 50% hit rate that is counterintuitively high. He quotes ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per site (roughly $180-300) and shows closed-deal screenshots in the video. But the most honest and most anti-motivational point in the whole project is this: he personally tried customers in an upmarket industrial zone and got smacked down. The wealthier businesses actually dismissed a website as a vanity metric, closing deals off showroom touch-and-feel and word of mouth, and flatly refused to pay a premium for a site. That kicked a hole in the myth that "the same site can sell for anywhere from ₹5,000 to ₹100,000." So the real shape of it: target the down-market small businesses that need it most and are most willing to pay this much, and make cash flow at ₹15K-25K a deal by running volume. Replicability is extremely high and startup cost is nearly zero, but the moat is very shallow — this competes on sales diligence, not technology.
