A 19-year-old who can't code buys sports creators at a $2-5 CPM and turns them into subscription apps — two new apps hit roughly $23K and $15K in their first 45 days on $400/day of promo spend.
boxing app ~$23K in 45 days · physique app ~$15K in 45 days · $400/day promo spend returning $900-$1,200/day
"I just paid 40 bucks to get 5,000." One creator video, one flat fee, 500,000 views, five figures back — and a counter-example in the same portfolio where a million views produced $35.
Fewer bars = easier, cheaper, or faster for an AI-assisted solo builder. Editorial judgments based on the case details.
George is 19, from Long Island, a former high school wrestling captain and a college freshman. He does not write code. "I have a full business from software and I don't know anything about coding." Across roughly nine months of building apps with AI tools, he puts his total at "225,000 in like nine months." His earlier apps — a wrestling coaching app and an MMA predecessor — are covered separately in this directory. This entry is about what came after: the repeatable distribution machine he built, and the two newest apps run through it. Both launched about 45 days before the interview. "These two latest apps were able to scale both to 10K in 45 days." One is a boxing app, at roughly $23,000 cumulative in that window. The other scores your physique from a photo and prescribes workouts, at roughly $15,000. The machine is simple to describe and hard to execute: find creators in a narrow sport or interest, pay them a flat fee to post a promo video, and buy that attention at a CPM low enough that subscription revenue outruns the cost on day one. He is currently spending $400 a day on the boxing app and reports making "around 9 to 12 back" — day-one revenue of $900 to $1,200 against $400 of spend, on a subscription product where that is only the first payment. His stated goal: "hit a million in revenue before age 20."
The engine is creator sourcing, and the mechanics are unusually explicit. A VA scrolls a for-you page tuned to the niche and DMs every account averaging 25,000 views or more.

Data credibility: Founder-reported throughout a long podcast conversation, with no dashboards, App Store Connect screenshots, or third-party data shown at any point. Several figures are stated inconsistently within the same conversation — most notably the cost of the breakout creator video, described both as $40 and as $70 against a stated $400 for six videos — and one revenue attribution ('18K this month') is ambiguous as to which app it refers to, so we have used the cumulative 45-day figures (~$23K boxing, ~$15K physique) which are stated more clearly. The $225,000 nine-month total covers several apps including two already documented elsewhere in this directory under a separate entry for the same founder; this entry deliberately covers only the distribution engine and the two newest apps to avoid double-counting. Independently checkable anchors: the apps exist on the App Store, the co-founder is a publicly identifiable Division II wrestler and creator, and the tools named (Rork, RevenueCat, PostHog) are real products. The founder joined the growth team of the AI builder he recommends, which is a disclosed but relevant conflict.
Revenue arrives as subscriptions at $10 a month or $60 a year, with the free trial attached only to the annual plan — 'if you want the trial you have to commit to the year' — so most buyers take annual. People who abandon the annual checkout get a discount offer.
Three things compound here. First, creators refer creators.
He has an unusually fast rule for calling it, and it came from running two launches at once. Green, an AI clone built with a million-follower reaction creator, pulled the same million views in month one as the wrestling app did.
