Teach company teams how to use Claude, billed by the day or by the project
reportedly quotable at $10K-40K per engagement

This project doesn't start from some developer's product but from a wildly imbalanced market Sabrina Ramonov observed: the world is full of people who want to learn Claude, yet the supply of anyone who can genuinely teach "how a team uses Claude" is close to zero. Free tutorials are everywhere, but they're written for individuals; what enterprises want is someone who comes in, gets an entire team up to speed within a day, and lands it in their daily workflow. That gap is the business. Its essence is knowledge arbitrage: the knowledge itself is free (learn it on YouTube or in the official docs), and what you're paid for isn't the knowledge but the service of packaging it for a team and walking them through implementation hands-on. First you get fluent in Claude (especially Claude Code and team-collaboration usage) and become an expert in one specific scenario, then you sell that capability to companies with budget and no direction, in the form of "one day, one team, trained." Worth stating clearly: this case has zero real revenue documentation. The $10K-40K in the video is only a suggested price, with the original framing being "quote the highest number you can say out loud without laughing" — because companies have money and what they lack is direction. So it's a potential space with an extremely specific playbook but an unvalidated close. The real value is in that copyable acquisition motion, not in the tempting number.

All revenue figures are founder-reported or estimated by the video creator, unaudited.
