An AI power dialer sold at $250/seat/month to call-heavy mid-market companies — 100-seat deals mean $300K ARR from a single customer
$250/seat/month · a 100-seat deal = $25K MRR / $300K ARR
Fewer bars = easier, cheaper, or faster for an AI-assisted solo builder. Editorial judgments based on the case details.
Nick Saraev runs an automation agency and a community, and built Clarvo — a SaaS he says hit $1 million in ARR — using Claude Code. The pitch he makes is not that AI let him build faster, but that AI made building worthless and choosing valuable. The problem selection came first. They wanted something with high lifetime value, very low churn because the customer's infrastructure ends up depending on it, and a market without many entrants. Outbound and inbound calling fit all three. Crucially, they did not know how to solve the problem when they started. They used Claude Code to enumerate solutions rather than to write code: they described the product, defined the metric to optimise (call pick-up rate, defined as the percentage of dialled numbers that get a live human within about ten seconds), gave the current baseline, the industry ceiling and their target, then told Claude to spawn ten parallel subagents, each proposing ten distinct mechanisms, diverging wildly across algorithmic, behavioural, infrastructural, regulatory, psychological, time-based and identity-based approaches, with no self-censoring for feasibility. That produced two to three hundred ideas. Most were junk — he singles out a weather-versus-pickup-rate regression as an example of nonsense. Five or six were feasible. Two of those became the product's core: a temporal propensity model that determines optimal call windows, and predictive pacing.

The $1M ARR figure and the $250/seat price are stated verbally once each; no dashboard, Stripe screen or contract was shown. The client-impact numbers are self-contradictory in the transcript — he says a Texas business went 'from somewhere between 3 to 5 million dollars per month, which is almost double their revenue', then that a client's monthly revenue rose 66% with 'the delta there is two million a year', then immediately that 'we provide two million dollars a month, 24 million a year' — and he separately notes an on-screen graphic said 'a year' where he meant 'a month'. We have not reconciled those. The product name is rendered inconsistently by the auto-captions as Clarivo, Clarvo, Clervo, Clara, Clarabridge and Clarifai; we have used Clarvo. No cost, margin, telephony-spend or churn data appears anywhere.
