In March-April 2025 Zeeshan was on a trading floor in the City of London teaching people to trade futures markets. He had a Python and full-stack background from three or four years earlier but had left it behind. When GPT-3 arrived and the desk started using it to work through fundamentals and technical analysis, he had what he calls an epiphany — "the world's going to change, we're not going to be manually doing these things anymore" — and went all in on understanding AI. His first realization was practical: he'd built websites before, but it used to mean grinding through HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python. Now he could think of an idea, prompt it, and have it. His first paid landing page took three to four working days and earned about £800, roughly $1,000. "That was when I had the lightbulb moment. I'm like, this can be an income." Six months later he tells the interviewer he and his team have crossed six figures — "we crossed 124k net" — with the most recent deal alone worth $52,000. He is now narrowing to two niches, healthcare and e-commerce, and describes a two-to-four-year plan to build a banking AI SaaS off the back of the agency.

Every number is Zeeshan speaking: $124,000 net in deals over roughly six months, a $52,000 last deal, £800 for the first paid landing page, $1,200 for the first client website, the £1,000-1,500 → £2,000 → £5,000-6,000 ladder, 20 free builds followed by about 11 paid ones, 60-100 cold calls a month yielding about five clients, and the 30/30/30 channel split. No dashboard, contract, invoice or bank statement is shown, and 'net' is never defined — it is unclear whether it means gross deal value, revenue after costs, or his own share after paying his developers. Client names (Southwest Cars, Also Organic, Nomad, a London restaurant) are given and some sites are shown on screen, which makes the work itself partly verifiable even though the fees are not. The host sells one-to-one AI-agency coaching, closes the video by directing viewers to apply to work with him, and states that Zeeshan runs vibe-coding sessions inside his paid community — so both parties have a commercial interest in the numbers sounding good. Costs, margins, team pay and any retainer revenue are never disclosed.
