Razvan Paraschiv had already run more than ten YouTube channels and made over a million dollars from them when a friend told him nobody had ever documented building a faceless automation channel from scratch, in public. He took the challenge and deliberately refused to use his existing connections. First he tried to pick a niche: a truck channel — too small on research. A luxury channel — he got excited, watched a bunch of videos, and killed it. Then he found a channel called America Before with only tens of thousands of subscribers but 3 to 4 million views a month. He did the math and estimated it was making close to $50,000 a month, a figure he says he'd never seen in that niche. America Before covered vintage foods, items, and electronics; he niched down to vintage vehicles. He paid two or three Fiverr designers for branding, hired on Upwork with no existing contacts (and picked up his first-ever bad review from a freelancer who hated his revision process), and eventually hired away America Before's own thumbnail designer. His first three videos flopped. By month eight the channel had about 30,000 subscribers and had generated, in his phrasing, hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Create free accountEmail code only. No password.Data credibility: Everything is founder-reported by Razvan Paraschiv in his own case-study video. The month-by-month AdSense figures are stated to the cent ($313.78, $1,234.93, $2,625, $5,000+, $8,500, $9,000, $15,000, $17,245.28) and the Jay Leno series total ($21,923.43) is equally precise, which is more specific than most creators offer — but the transcript does not describe a YouTube Studio dashboard being shown for the cumulative $60,000+ total, so the precision is not the same as verification. The $50,000/month estimate for America Before is explicitly his own arithmetic from public view counts, not the other channel's disclosed revenue. His claim of 'more than 10 successful YouTube channels and over $1 million in total' is unverified background. The video's stated purpose is to get viewers to DM him the word 'channel' on Instagram in exchange for a 7-hour free course, so it functions as lead generation and shows only the growth curve, with no data after the October peak. Production costs, team spend and margins are never disclosed; anything in this entry about per-video cost is our own analysis and is marked as such.
