One prompt generates an AI short video and uploads it straight to the user's own YouTube channel

Ritesh Verma took "validate the market first" to its logical extreme. He didn't hole up building a product. He kept posting N8N automation tutorials on Instagram, and one Reel — "automatically generate and upload one YouTube Short every day" — hit 2.3M views and gained him roughly 2,000 followers in a single day. That hit was, in essence, a free and honest demand test: this many people want auto-posted Shorts, so the market has stamped its approval. While the momentum was still there, he used Lovable to throw up an email-only waitlist landing page, piped the addresses into a Google Sheet via SheetDB, and quickly banked close to 10,000 emails (a few celebrities among them). Only once he had a read on both the demand and the willingness to pay did he spend a week building the actual product in Lovable. Launch day brought in $500+ (single day, spoken on camera, no dashboard screenshots, so logged as founder-reported). The essence of the whole process: use content to surface the demand and build the waitlist first, then decide whether to write code. It's reverse-order development — demand and users first, product second — which eliminates the biggest risk of all (building something nobody wants) before the first line of code.
