MedPal AI combines a health-and-wellness app with a UK distance-selling pharmacy. The app aggregates data from connected devices and services such as Oura, Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, and Strava, while also accepting blood-test and GP records. Its AI triage layer interprets that information, gives general guidance, and escalates medication cases to independent prescribers or GPs. Once approved, a prescription flows into a distribution center with robotic dispensing and same-day or next-day delivery in the UK. The distribution strategy is unusually large for an early digital-health product: a partnership with EPRC gives access to 11 million UK gym members, and an independent gym network brings the reachable total above 13 million. The founder said the app costs around £30 a year, while some gym members receive 12 months free. The pharmacy service had just launched, with revenue described as at least £10 per NHS prescription and £200–£300 per month for private weight-loss prescriptions.
