About four months before recording, he vibe-coded an AI resume generator and review tool in 23 days. At the time of the video it shows roughly $16.5K in lifetime revenue and $1,400 in monthly recurring revenue — and, as he stresses repeatedly, he has not touched the codebase or marketed it since November, yet it is still slowly growing and generating new revenue. The product itself is straightforward: users generate a resume based on the format that got him and thousands of others tech jobs, then run an AI review feature that breaks the resume down bullet by bullet and tells them what to fix to land in the 'yes' pile instead of getting rejected. What makes this worth an entry is not the scale — $1,400 MRR is a modest indie result and he is upfront about it — but the method, which is unusually clean and repeatable. He did not agonise over an original idea. He argues bluntly that in 2026, with AI, ideas are worth almost nothing and shipping fast is everything, so he went looking for an already-proven app to replicate.
