The first dollar for Snag came through subscription access to local item discovery. Benji described weekly, monthly, yearly, and one-time options, and summarized the value exchange as paying a few dollars per month to get access to products worth hundreds.
Snag’s growth loop connects creator content, useful discovery, ratings, and better paid acquisition. Benji showed an example UGC video with 240,000 views and said that 100,000 views typically generated around $1,000–$2,000 in subscription profits.
A consumer marketplace app can feel empty before local supply and user demand meet. For Snag’s model, protect the early runway by concentrating on one geography and a few item categories instead of promoting nationwide coverage before listings are dependable.
