Reworking is a B2B one-way video interview platform that lets employers collect candidate videos and reduce early screening calls. It grew out of Reliving, a consumer product for recording family life stories. When the pandemic strained the original B2C model, the team recognized that its question-pack and recording capabilities could also support hiring. They spent seven months adapting the technology and launched the Reworking MVP in October 2020. The CEO described just under 50 customers, three plans priced at £35, £99, and £199 monthly, an average selling price of about £106, and revenue of about £5,000 per month. He said many customers estimated ten hours saved per role. The company used an existing partner network for early free releases, then began putting more effort into marketing. It had four founders and two contractors and had raised funding for the original business and pivot.
