Postiz began as a social media scheduling tool that let customers publish to more than 30 platforms. Founder Nevo says the company took a year and a half to reach $21,000 in monthly recurring revenue, then climbed from $17,000 to $143,000 MRR in four months. In the interview, he shows a revenue dashboard and a subscriber count of 4,271. The key change was not a new customer segment: Postiz rebuilt its scheduler to work with agentic tools such as Claude, OpenClaw and ChatGPT, exposing the product through tools and documentation that agents could use. A user could hand content to an agent and have it schedule a week of social posts, rather than manually drafting and scheduling each one. The catalyst was an X article by another app founder describing an automated workflow using OpenClaw and Postiz. That article generated 7.2 million views and, Nevo says, brought roughly 700 trial starts per day. Follow-up articles and paid reposts extended the attention. He reports churn falling from 26–28% to 13.7% after the pivot.
