90.io sells software for running a company through a structured operating system associated with EOS. Founder Mark Abbott described tools for meetings, accountability charts, goals, processes and employee feedback. In the talk, he said the business had about $10.4 million in ARR, up from roughly $4 million before a $20 million investment the previous summer. He reported revenue growth of 5–8% month over month for several years, annualized user churn below 7%, and net dollar retention of 135%. He also said that when a customer cascades the system across the company, annualized churn is below 1%, and that getting three users into a trial could produce conversion rates around 80–90%; for firms with ten or more employees, he cited nearly 98% conversion when five members participated. 90.io had grown from a founder-led, largely fractional operation to about 50 people, with plans to reach 100. Its main differentiator was pairing software with a coaching community and making operating routines easier to repeat.
