George Georgiadis built Happierleads after wanting to identify visitors arriving at a previous software business. The product recognizes anonymous website traffic, qualifies companies with AI, and can place suitable prospects into email campaigns so sales teams can re-engage them. The initial version used reverse IP lookup: Georgiadis bought a data source and built the interface and campaign automation around it. AppSumo supplied the first major cash injection: he reports $50,000 from the first campaign and ran several more. The company bootstrapped and spent years near $50,000 ARR, with Georgiadis saying he put personal money back into it. He attributes the later jump to $1.5 million ARR to better unit economics, owned email infrastructure and a broader workflow that combines identification, qualification, mailbox provisioning and outreach. At the time of the interview he described himself as a solo operator using AI agents, after seven years building the company.
