Fastdok is an online document generator for professionals who need invoices, estimates, business plans, and other ready-to-go documents. Ayub and his partner built a product that asks a few questions and produces a usable document in minutes. Product Hunt supplied the first validation, and lifetime-deal partners such as PitchGround and SaaSMantra supplied the first paying customers. The model produced popularity before profitability: the founders reported roughly 3,000 customers, but subscription plans had not yet begun and most revenue came from lifetime deals. They chose to sell rather than leave the product unsupported while moving toward another startup. The listing attracted buyers within the first or second day after it was improved, and offers arrived during the following weeks. They organized the assets into one folder, corrected an agreement mismatch, and transferred the product in roughly 25 to 30 minutes.
