He says himself that the name 'probably doesn't really make sense'. But the pain behind the idea is real. He describes it: if you're dating or have a girlfriend, you run into moments where she says 'I've got a headache today, I'm not feeling great', and then you get busy and forget the signal. So he figured there should be an app where he can jot down all the little things about his girlfriend, and the app remembers them for him and reminds him at the right moment.
